“Living at The Jeffrey is simply wonderful. My unit is well designed with an open concept giving me plenty of space to fit my furniture. The modern appliances are of excellent quality, and I enjoy sitting in a warm car in the luxury of a heated garage. The concrete building is very quiet and safe, and I appreciate that my heat and hot water is included with the rent. Management and staff are also great, always available to answer questions and render services when necessary.  I am happy to have chosen The Jeffrey as my home for many years to come and so is my cat!”

“We moved into The Jeffrey in November 2023 and are impressed by the quality construction and how quiet it is within the apartment.  We are very happy with the layout of the apartment and the quality appliances.  We love the quiet neighborhood with easy access to both Dobson Trail and Mill Creek Nature Park. A selling feature for us is looking out on the greenbelt and hearing the flowing creek.  The management has responded promptly to any issues that we have had and has been very attentive to our comfort. All in all, it’s the best move we’ve made.”
